Sundy Grubel

Founder and CEO

Sundy is an executive with 30 years of leadership in service design, UX research, experience design, and business transformation strategy.

Sundy has in-depth experience working with cross-industry clients with expertise in finance, healthcare, retail, and hospitality. Sundy specializes in helping organizational leaders understand the latest tools and technology to shape outcomes of an insights driven strategy to achieve business goals and exceed customer expectations across a constantly evolving landscape.

Sundy’s expertise includes business transformation, ML/AI/RPA operations, product creation, customer experience (CX), employee experience (EX), developing new revenue streams, improving retention, and increasing overall customer satisfaction.

As Managing Director at JPMorgan Chase, Sundy led the UX research practice, focusing on innovation in payments, travel, shopping, offers, points & rewards, and alternative lending products. Under her leadership, the team identified new market opportunities and helped to protect customers from frauds and scams in one of the country's largest financial institutions.

As Managing Director at Accenture, I led the regional strategy & design practice for Fjord, Accenture’s design and innovation capability. My leadership and contribution played a foundational role in rethinking the human and digital experience across many business contexts, from reimagining the patient experience for healthcare providers to engineering the in-store and physical drive-through for a major QSR, to defining the future the payer experience for health insurance, transforming the employee experience for one of the country’s largest providers. 

John Wilkins

Strategy Executive

John is a client strategy and design executive with 20+ years of experience in digital service design & UX, in-store experience, and digital transformation who relishes problem solving and immersion in a client’s business.

He has worked in multiple industries tackling issues from loan lifecycle experience to employee enablement in hospitality to user visits in medical check-in and experience to research in user interfaces in industrial equipment.

Using a blend of empathetic, human-centric research combined with data, he specializes in understanding a client’s needs as well as user objectives and is adept at working with the front-of-house and back-of-house interaction. He has a reputation for skill at working with multiple cultures and language speakers.

As a Group Director at Sapient he managed multiple challenges for a large global client from customer engagement to tech transformation. At Fjord at Accenture he designed engagements to address challenges like customs clearance for a global transportation company. At a retail design consultancy, he oversaw the reinvention of the front-of-house guest experience for Cirque-du-Soleil’ traveling shows.   

Education:

John received his undergraduate degree from Princeton University and MBA from the University of Georgia. He is currently studying generative AI at Purdue Online.
