Sundy is an executive with 25 years of leadership in service design, UX research, experience design, and business transformation strategy — with deep cross-industry expertise in finance, healthcare, retail, travel and hospitality.
As Managing Director at JPMorgan Chase, Sundy led the UX research practice focused on innovation in payments, alternative lending, points & rewards, and travel & shopping. As Managing Director at Accenture, she led the regional design strategy practice for Fjord — reimagining hotel guest experiences, patient care, CSR drive-through innovation, and payer/payee journeys at scale.
John is a client strategy and design executive with 20+ years in digital service design & UX, in-store experience, and digital transformation. Known for blending empathetic, human-centric research with data across finance, hospitality, healthcare, and industrial sectors.
As Group Director at Sapient he drove customer engagement and tech transformation for a major global client. At Fjord at Accenture he tackled customs clearance challenges for a global transportation company. At a retail design consultancy, he reinvented the guest experience for Cirque du Soleil's touring shows.
